I've been using ADrive for a few months. It works well for me…upload process is pretty simple and fast.

I thought this was interesting, mainly because the pulse I'm getting from different internet communities is that Scientology is evil and people are speaking out against it.

The fat lady was going to sing about this and I'm glad she did it sooner than later.

I didn't either, pretty crazy. They've been pushing PostgreSQL in Solaris for a while.
I guess they just want to be able to be the leading supplier of complete open source software stacks.
"Sure, we can get you a completely open source Solaris running an optimized speedy PostgreSQL/MySQL using Falcon plugin and a Niagara2 processor to use continuously 2 terrabytes of RAM and 64 processes".

Wow. That is crazy. I didn't see that one coming.

This is ridiculous that the teacher got arrested. I have to be missing something here, I'm not sure what would get the teacher arrested in her comment!

I've been saying for a while that Google needs to release an ebook reader to plug into their text services. I doubt apple will release one though, e-ink just isn't savvy enough yet.

Fascinating. I think most companies don't think twice about utilizing wireless keyboards.

Yeah, I think it may be because Yager is approaching it from a complete chipset perspective rather than just the CPU. If I remember correctly, most of the articles have suggested the Phenom is a bit weaker than the latest Intel CPUs.

That's interesting. It's the first article I've read that said good things (recently) about the phenom.

Swisher thinks it ironic that Facebook is upset over the exposure of their founder's private information while at the same time implementing an extensive user analysis for marketing purposes. I think this is a bit off, seeing that Facebook is dealing with aggregate and anonymous data, while Zuckerberg's data is such personal and identifiable information as social security numbers.

Will be interesting to see how Sun responds. I'm imagining this will filter its way up the chain, being published by NWW and all.

Wilson (one of those bullied) said he thinks Sun’s move does not represent Sun’s true open source strategy. He says it “was a relatively isolated incident brought on by middle management acting of their own accord.”
It is a shame that this stuff happens.

That's a good point, I forgot Xen was purchased. This will allow Sun to control the development process if Citrix ever takes the opensource version away.

Sweet. Yeah, I would love to use ZFS in my Windows environment.

Thanks for the distinction. I'm not sure either why they don't just develop Xen. However, Xen will probably become much more commercialized with the new acquisition by Citrix.

Yeah, that is the question everyone is asking right now.

Yeah, I'm not sure who to believe with this article. Dilger seems to be claiming that Microsoft is playing with the numbers to make Zune look like its building speed when in fact its still failing. I'll keep my eyes open for any other articles on the topic.

The Zune is failing? I was actually under the impression it was doing fine. I've used some too and they are slick.
