NAB "spindoctoring" on whitespace spectrum.
Microsoft, Google, and Dell proposed to the FCC that whitespace spectrum be used to provide 50-100 mbit connects to the internet. The FCC turned the proposal down but left it open for further responses by this consortium. The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) however are already objecting and Carroll believes it is based on fear of competition rather than technical concerns.
