Microsoft to sell Office 'value pack' for $70 per year
For an annual subscription fee of $69.99 Microsoft is offering Equipt, which was formerly known by its code name, Albany. Equipt includes Office Home and Student 2007, Windows Live OneCare, Office Live Workspaces, Windows Live Mail, Live Messenger and Live Photo. It will become available through Circuit City on July 15th. Pricing in other countries is not available as of yet.

Yes, this is a nifty offering from Microsoft. Though I think the $70/yr. is a bit high for an annual subscription. Should be $25-$30. Especially since OpenOffice.org offers such great competition software for free!
